We are please to advise that prices for 2011 will be held at 2010 levels apart from the extra  VAT increase which applies 1st January 2011.

BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE ONLINE NOW FOR 2011

Short Beak Tariff as follows:-

• 2 Nights 60% of weekly charge
• 3 Nights 70% of weekly charge
• 4 Nights 80% of weekly charge
• 5 Nights 90% of weekly charge

The above percentages are worked out for you on the availability chart              

Short breaks are generally available September - April but not in the high season. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit and / or a completed

on line booking form . Our weekly changeover is Friday in the High Season, however we can offer variable change over  days in the Low Season, please phone for availability

Our prices are fully inclusive  -  VAT @ 17.5%.  20% as from 1st January 2011.
